From the Community Council post – Aberdeenshire City and Shire Strategic Development Plan.  A copy of the plan can be accessed at www.aberdeencityandshire-sdpa.gov.uk.  A seven week period during which representation to the plan be made is open from Friday 22nd February to Friday 12th April.  You can also view a paper copy of the plan at Ellon library.
